Ensure QMS compliance and participate in internal/external audits. **Plant Quality Manager** **Leading company specialized in the design and installation of paint plants, final assembly systems, paint application technology, air cleaning systems, and balancing solutions** is looking for a **Plant Quality Manager**. **Location** San Luis Potosí, S.L.P. **Salary** Attractive compensation package, based on experience. **Position Objective** Provide leadership and assume responsibility for the planning, development, implementation, and management of Plant Quality activities, ensuring compliance with the Quality Management System and guaranteeing the timely delivery of high\-quality products and services. **Main Responsibilities** * Overall responsibility for the Plant Quality Management System. * Lead, coordinate, and develop the Quality team (metrologists, inspectors, and quality personnel). * Supervise receiving inspection and in\-process plant inspection activities. * Manage customer claims, corrective actions, and follow\-up activities. * Ensure compliance with containment actions and cost reduction targets assigned to the Quality department. * Collaborate with Production, Materials, and Manufacturing Support to meet Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) objectives, promoting customer satisfaction. * Maintain and review documentation related to Quality, Safety, Health, and Environment (QHSE). * Participate in internal and external audits. * Occasional travel availability (10%–15%). **Requirements** * Minimum **5 years of experience** in a manufacturing plant environment. * At least **2 years of experience** in supervision or people leadership roles. * Previous management experience or willingness to obtain external certifications in Management and/or Quality. * **Mandatory experience in the metal\-mechanic industry**. * Solid knowledge of **TIG and MIG welding processes** and color coding standards. * **Advanced English proficiency (C1 level)** is mandatory due to direct customer interaction and claim management. * **CWI welding certification** is desirable. **Knowledge and Skills** * Strong knowledge of modern quality processes and measurement/testing equipment. * Root cause analysis, problem\-solving methodologies, and technical analysis skills. * Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills. * High attention to detail and ability to perform tasks in a timely and professional manner. * Strong leadership, teamwork, meeting management, and personnel management skills. * High level of integrity and a results\-driven mindset. **Tools and Software** * Proficiency in Windows operating systems. * Advanced use of Microsoft Office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, among others). **Benefits** * Legal benefits. * Above\-law benefits. **If you meet the profile and are interested in joining a solid and growing company, please apply through this platform.** Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
