




Position Summary: Responsible for comprehensive personnel administration, legal compliance, and payroll management for multiple entities in Mexico. Key Highlights: 1. Payroll team leadership. **General Responsibility** Ensure proper personnel administration and timely fulfillment of labor, tax, and social security obligations for various legal entities in Mexico, guaranteeing accurate and timely calculation and payment of weekly and biweekly payrolls, as well as appropriate coordination with authorities, external providers, and employees. **Scope of Position** * Administration of approximately **400 employees**. * Management of **multiple legal entities, employer registrations, and nationwide branches**. * Oversight of **weekly and biweekly payrolls**. Main Responsibilities **Payroll Administration** * Supervise the calculation, electronic invoicing (CFDI), and timely payment of weekly and biweekly payrolls. * Validate payroll incidents (hires, terminations, salary adjustments, leaves of absence, overtime, bonuses, commissions, deductions, etc.). * Ensure correct application of statutory and contractual benefits. * Coordinate operations with external payroll provider, including system configuration, validations, and quality control. * Address employee inquiries and incidents related to payroll payments. **Legal Compliance and Employer Obligations** * Ensure compliance with obligations before **IMSS, INFONAVIT, SAT, and other labor and tax authorities**. * Supervise affiliation movements, payroll CFDI issuance, and reconciliation with accounting records. * Coordinate payroll- and personnel administration-related reports and filings. * Ensure compliance with the **Federal Labor Law (LFT), Social Security Law (LSS), and applicable tax regulations**. **Personnel Administration** * Supervise processes for **hires, terminations, promotions, transfers, and salary modifications**. * Ensure proper management and safekeeping of personnel files. * Coordinate issuance of employment certificates and documentation requested by employees. **Vendor Management and Internal Coordination** * Manage operational relationship with external payroll provider and monitor service-level indicators. * Coordinate with **Finance, Accounting, Tax, and Human Resources departments** to ensure accurate information integration. * Drive improvements and efficiencies in payroll and personnel administration processes. **Team Leadership** * Supervise and develop the payroll team, ensuring achievement of objectives and deadlines. * Foster a collaborative work environment focused on internal service and confidentiality of information. **Reporting and Internal Control** * Prepare reports on **headcount, payroll costs, incidents, and turnover** to support decision-making. * Ensure appropriate internal controls over payroll processes. * Support labor, tax, and social security audits. **Education** * Bachelor’s degree in **Accounting, Business Administration, or related field**. * Preferred specialization or diploma in **Social Security**. **Experience** * Minimum **5 years of experience in personnel and payroll administration**. * Experience managing **multiple legal entities and employer registrations in Mexico**. * Experience working with **external payroll providers**, including leading system implementations or migrations. * Experience leading teams. **Knowledge** * Mexican labor legislation: **LFT, LSS, Income Tax Law (ISR), IMSS, and INFONAVIT**. * Proficiency in payroll systems and institutional portals (IMSS, IDSE, SUA, INFONAVIT, SAT). * Accounting knowledge related to payroll. * **Advanced Excel and data analysis**. **Competencies** * Results orientation. * Strong analytical ability and attention to detail. * Planning and organization. * Team leadership. * Ability to manage pressure and meet deadlines. * Effective communication and internal service orientation. * High degree of **confidentiality and professional ethics**.
