Excellent knowledge of accounting and statistics, with strong attention to detail. **ENGLISH PROFICIENCY PREFERRED** **EXPERIENCE**: Minimum 5 years in a managerial role in HR or accounting Familiarity with CRM and accounting software, preferably HubSpot **JOB DESCRIPTION** * Supervise daily administrative and accounting tasks, including documenting billing information, analyzing tax reports, assisting with payments and accounts receivable, and processing invoices. * Verify that billing, payroll, and other financial processes comply with internal policies and applicable laws and regulations. * Analyze current staffing and training needs. Document other HR-related expenses and ensure they remain within budget. * Possess excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in CRM tools, project management software, and financial management systems is mandatory. **Areas of Responsibility** * Supervise the implementation of a long-term financial management strategy, ensuring all transactions adhere to company policy. * Oversee the finance team’s daily activities, including reviewing employee records, collecting payroll information, processing invoices, analyzing tax reports, and assessing cash flow requirements. * Conduct monthly payroll and billing audits to ensure accuracy of financial statements. * Identify system irregularities, including potential fraud or theft, and report them to HR and Finance Directors. * Evaluate staffing needs and track time-to-hire and recruitment costs, including sourcing, advertising, and onboarding expenses. * Ensure all expenses remain within budget, prepare expense reports, and allocate resources to specific HR programs per the HR Director’s instructions. **LOCATION:** Jardines del Pedregal **SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM **SALARY:** MXN 25,000 + statutory benefits Employment type: Full-time Salary: $25,000.00 – $25,001.00 per month Workplace: On-site
