Beverage innovation and updating WE ARE A COMPANY DEDICATED TO PROVIDING VIP SERVICES IN DEPARTURE LOUNGES LOCATED AT TERMINAL 1 OF THE CDMX INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT **REQUIREMENTS** * Gender: Unspecified * Age: 20 to 50 years old * Education: High school diploma * Experience: 2 years preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages **KNOWLEDGE** * Mixology (beverage blending and cocktail preparation) * Craft beers * Wines, liqueurs, and distilled spirits * Classic, Modern, and Signature Cocktails * Intermediate English **FUNCTIONS** * Receive and attend guests according to established guidelines. * Properly and promptly prepare beverages requested by guests. * Ensure beverages are prepared strictly according to recipes in the system. * Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area, equipment, and utensils. * Handle, care for, and safeguard all material equipment and tools related to the bar station. * Inform the host, lounge manager, and concierge, as applicable, regarding services requested by guests. * Plan, innovate, and update beverages based on directives defined by management and prevailing industry trends. * Ensure adequate stock levels at the beverage bar. * Monitor compliance with the First-In-First-Out principle. **WE OFFER:** * Salary: $9,451 * Tips * Food voucher card * Statutory benefits * Bonuses * 8-hour shifts **We are interested in your profile.
