The position requires strong leadership, high organizational ability, and proven experience managing production teams, ensuring achievement of targets, quality standards, and delivery deadlines. **Responsibilities** * Coordinate and supervise the sewing team within the workshop. * Plan and assign daily workloads. * Ensure achievement of production targets. * Supervise quality standards for each garment. * Manage inventory of supplies and materials. * Prepare production and efficiency reports. * Implement improvements in production processes. **Requirements** * Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in the textile industry. * Advanced knowledge of garment construction, assembly, and quality control processes. * Experience leading operational teams. * Firm, organized, and highly disciplined character. * Ability to work under pressure. * Prior experience in high-volume production workshops is desirable.
