Management of relationships with financial institutions and insurance companies Position: Financing Manager Location: Poniente Department: Sales / Finance Reports to: Commercial Manager Job Objective Ensure achievement of financing, insurance, and ancillary product penetration targets through appropriate financial advisory services to customers and efficient management of the F&I department, guaranteeing profitability, regulatory compliance, and excellence in customer experience. Key Responsibilities Achieve and exceed monthly financing and insurance penetration targets. Maintain and strengthen relationships with financial institutions, banks, and insurance companies. Ensure proper preparation and safekeeping of files in accordance with internal policies and current regulations. Monitor key performance indicators: penetration rate, profitability per unit, approval rate, and response times. Train the sales team on financial products and credit processes. Identify opportunities to increase revenue through ancillary products (extended warranties, GAP insurance, insurance policies, etc.). Guarantee high service standards and customer satisfaction. Required Profile Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field (degree completion preferred). Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar role within the automotive sector. Proven experience in automotive loan origination and insurance placement. Experience managing relationships with financial institutions and insurance companies. Technical Knowledge: Financial analysis and customer profiling. Credit bureau interpretation.
