Innovate programs for continuous improvement TRANSPORTES FRALSE I S H I R I N G **"OPERATIONS MANAGER"** ***Objective:*** Coordinate, supervise, and optimize all daily logistics operations activities, ensuring efficiency, quality, and achievement of strategic objectives to deliver total customer satisfaction by fulfilling each customer's cargo delivery requirements. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Transportation and Logistics or related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position. * Availability for flexible working hours and commuting between Jilotepec and Cuautitlán Izcalli. * Personnel management experience. * Knowledge of diesel performance and maintenance. * Proficiency in Google Workspace. * Knowledge of safety and transportation regulations. Responsibilities: * Develop strategies for process optimization. * Coordinate and supervise activities of assigned personnel. * Track delivery times, costs, safety, quality, and customer feedback. * Implement corrective actions and resolve operational issues. * Ensure compliance with safety and transportation regulations. * Develop and execute training and team development plans. * Innovate programs to ensure continuous improvement. * Manage fleet (76 units) and personnel (6 direct reports).
