Drive operational discipline and continuous improvement Logistics company specializing in package delivery is seeking Package Collection Supervisor **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise daily collection operations and first-mile flow. * Coordinate and monitor floor operational staff. * Identify operational deviations and implement immediate corrective actions. * Monitor operational metrics using **Google Sheets** and internal reports. * Manage incidents, prioritizing rapid and sustainable solutions. * Maintain effective communication with operational and support departments. * Generate performance, productivity, and operational status reports. * Drive operational discipline, process organization, and continuous improvement. **Essential Requirements** * Completed bachelor’s degree (work experience may be validated in lieu of formal education) * Proficiency in **Google Sheets (intermediate or advanced level)** – *non-negotiable*. * Experience in **collection operations or first-mile logistics**. * Experience in **supervising operational staff**. * Demonstrated ability to **solve operational problems**. **Offer** * Base salary: $18,000 gross * Statutory benefits * Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. * Direct hiring Work location: RANCHO SECO
