Training and motivation of the work team At Casa Fernanda, we are looking for a Floor Manager with leadership skills, a service-oriented attitude, and a focus on operational excellence, responsible for coordinating and supervising service staff on the floor to ensure an exceptional experience for our customers. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate waitstaff, hostesses, and floor personnel. * Ensure compliance with service and quality standards. * Resolve customer incidents promptly and professionally. * Coordinate proper table assignments and service flow. * Train and motivate the work team. * Verify cleanliness, order, and presentation of the area. * Assist with inventory control and operational reporting. * Collaborate with kitchen and bar to ensure timely service and quality. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position. * Leadership and team management skills. * Excellent service attitude and communication skills. * Flexible availability (including weekends and holidays). * Knowledge of restaurant operations. * Basic knowledge of point-of-sale systems (preferred). **We Offer:** * Base salary \+ tips * Statutory benefits * Complimentary uniforms * Excellent work environment **Location:** Calle Niño Artillero, No. 20, Barrio de San José, Tepoztlán, Morelos **Schedules:** Rotating 8-hour shifts, from 8am to 4pm and from 2pm to 10pm Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite term Salary: $12,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Complimentary uniforms Relocation/commuting capability: * Tepoztlán, Mor.: Ability to commute to work without difficulty or plan relocation prior to starting work (Mandatory) Education: * Completed Technical Superior degree (Preferred) Experience: * Similar position: 1 to 2 years (Mandatory) * Waiter: 3 years (Mandatory) * Head waiter: 1 year (Preferred) Language: * English (Preferred) License/Certification: * Food and Beverage (Mandatory) * Tourism (Preferred) Workplace: On-site employment
