Monitoring of regulatory changes and interdepartmental coordination **Position Objective** Supervise and coordinate the company's foreign trade operations, ensuring compliance with applicable customs legislation, proper documentary integration for imports and exports, and timely processing of required procedures to guarantee operational continuity. Main Responsibilities * Supervise compliance with import and export processes according to current regulations. * Coordinate the integration and review of customs files and documentation. * Monitor operations with customs brokers, freight carriers, and service providers. * Verify correct classification, documentary control, and compliance with applicable requirements for goods, spare parts, and machinery. * Monitor customs clearance times and application statuses to prevent delays or operational risks. * Track regulatory changes and ensure their internal implementation. * Generate reports, performance indicators, and controls for the foreign trade department. * Coordinate actions with warehouse, procurement, finance, production, and related departments to ensure smooth operational flow. * Identify non-compliance risks and propose preventive and corrective actions. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Trade, International Business, International Relations, Customs, Logistics, or related field. * Minimum of [3] years of experience in foreign trade, traffic management, customs, or international logistics. * Knowledge of Mexican customs legislation, import/export operations, and documentary control. * Experience coordinating with customs brokers and tracking procedures. * Proficiency in Excel and administrative control systems. * English proficiency sufficient for conducting conversations in English. * Strong organizational, follow-up, analytical skills, and sense of urgency.
