Job Summary: This position seeks a Floor Sales Advisor to provide comprehensive and personalized customer support throughout the automobile purchase-sale cycle, ensuring an agile and satisfactory experience. Collaboration with internal departments for efficient processes **PUERTA LA VICTORIA QUERETARO** **FLOOR SALES ADVISOR / QUERETARO** **Objective:** Provide comprehensive and personalized customer support throughout the entire automobile purchase and sale cycle, ensuring an agile, reliable, and satisfactory experience. This will allow you to develop within this area, as you will deliver financial and documentation advisory services, logistics coordination, vehicle delivery, and post-sales support, working closely with various internal departments to ensure efficient and timely completion of each process stage. **Requirements:** ● Education level: High school diploma or bachelor’s degree ● 3 years of experience in a similar role ● Customer follow-up, advisory, and comprehensive support during reservation, sale, and/or purchase processes; strong interpersonal communication skills with customers ● Detailed explanation of financing plans, customer profiling, and creditworthiness analysis ● Coordination and execution of vehicle deliveries, including scheduling of logistics services, system data scanning, and inventory control ● Data entry, documentation verification, and file management for purchase, delivery, and return processes **Responsibilities:** ● Customer profiling, explanation of financing plans, and creditworthiness analysis ● Personalized attention and comprehensive advisory support to customers during reservation, purchase or sale, and vehicle delivery processes ● Coordination and execution of deliveries, including logistics, document scanning, and inventory control ● Data entry and verification, as well as file management in purchase, delivery, and return processes ● Support during document review to expedite the customer’s vehicle sale ● Post-sales follow-up, incident resolution, and customer satisfaction evaluation ● Collaboration with internal departments (workshop, credit, legal, customer service) to ensure a seamless experience **Schedule:** Availability to rotate shifts and take weekday breaks **Work Location:** PUERTA LA VICTORIA, QUERETARO **What We Offer:** ● Gross monthly salary of $12,000, paid biweekly ● Monthly food vouchers worth $1,056 (unrestricted) ● Performance-based bonus ● Statutory benefits ● Major Medical Expense Insurance ● Life Insurance ● Vacation entitlement exceeding statutory requirements ● Discounts on Kavak products ● Opportunity for promotion by the 6th month **Join Our Team** **We Want to Meet You** Employment type: Full-time, indefinite-term contract Salary: $12,000.00 per month Education: * Completed bachelor’s degree (preferred) Work location: On-site employment
