Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Lathe and Milling Machine Operator for the manufacturing of robotic cells and automated equipment, ensuring the highest quality. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manufacturing of robotic cells and high-quality automated equipment 2. Development of machining, treatment, assembly, and verification operations 3. Interpretation of mechanical drawings and use of workshop tools **JOIN US AS A LATHE AND MILLING MACHINE OPERATOR!** We are a company dedicated to manufacturing robotic cells and automated equipment, delivering products and services meeting the highest quality standards. **WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN A LATHE AND MILLING MACHINE OPERATOR:** * Minimum 2–3 years of experience performing operations involved in the machining, treatment, assembly, and verification of mechanical–industrial parts. * Select materials according to job requirements. * Monitor machine operation. * Inspect workpieces to verify conformance with specifications using instruments such as calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, etc. * Manually transport workpieces or use forklifts to position and secure them on machines. * Maintain lathes or milling machines in good working condition. * Assemble parts per drawings and perform adjustments. * Report any issues to supervisors. **REQUIRED SKILLS:** * Lathe operation * Milling machine operation * Drawing interpretation * Mechanical drawing reading * Use of workshop and measuring tools **Education:** Secondary school diploma or Technical Certificate in Machinery and Tools. **Salary:** $8,000.00–$10,000.00 per month **STATUTORY BENEFITS** * Savings fund: 4%. * Grocery vouchers: 10%. * Punctuality bonus * Year-end bonus (Aguinaldo) * IMSS: 100% * INFONAVIT: 100% * Work tools * Per diem and lodging for fieldwork * Vacation days as stipulated by law * Company parking **If interested, contact us via WhatsApp at 5522608471 or apply directly here by submitting your CV.** Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite term Salary: $10,000.00–$14,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
