We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong analytical capabilities and strategic vision. **Objective:** Transform raw data into logical and structured formats, ensuring leadership makes decisions based on statistical reality—not estimates. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Definition of Metrics and Business Rules.** * **Statistical Rigor:** Apply bias cleaning and outlier removal to ensure goals and reports are fair and accurate. * **Translation of Operations into Requirements.** * **Validation and Audit of Results:** Ensure information presented strictly matches the company's actual operations. * **Data Structuring:** Transform scattered information flows into organized models ready for executive analysis. **Profile:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related analytical field. * **Critical Thinking:** Ability to question data and understand the "why" behind the numbers. * **Communication Skills:** Ability to interview department leaders and translate operational needs into technical requirements. * **Technical Proficiency:** Solid experience in data cleaning, descriptive statistics, and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.). **Work Details:** * **Location:** Santa Fe. * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM. **If you meet the profile, apply through this channel.** Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite Term Salary: $13,000\.00 \- $15,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
