Position Overview: This role sits between Business Intelligence and Data Engineering (mid\-level). You will design and improve our data architecture (warehouse/lake), build reliable pipelines, and ensure that information across the organization is clean, consistent, and actionable. Beyond infrastructure, this role is about impact. The data systems you build will support smarter decisions that benefit hundreds of social organizations and millions of people across Latin America. The dashboards and structures you design will directly influence how nonprofits grow and measure impact. You will coordinate a small team (2 members) and lead data initiatives from planning to execution. Key Responsibilities: Data Architecture \& Pipelines Design and maintain a centralized data warehouse or data lake. Build and improve ETL/ELT pipelines for reliable ingestion and transformation. Define scalable data models aligned with reporting needs. Implement validation checks and monitoring to improve data quality. Analytics \& Business Intelligence Design, build, and maintain dashboards used by leadership and program teams. Translate business questions into clear metrics and analytical outputs. Improve dashboard adoption and data\-driven decision\-making. Data Governance \& Structure Define shared metric definitions and documentation standards. Improve alignment between CRM, Academy, and reporting systems. Ensure data consistency, clarity, and accessibility. Coordination \& Execution Coordinate a small team (2 members) to ensure quality and delivery. Review outputs and provide technical guidance when needed. Lead data initiatives from idea to implementation.
