People like you! service & support A **Job Req ID:** 133999 **Location:**San Luis Potosi, MX, 78423 **Position Objective** * Install/repair/maintain machinery and/or technical and manufacturing equipment. * Responsible for executing preventive and corrective maintenance activities. **Main Responsibilities** * Operate mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment according to predetermined work documents. * Perform maintenance, repair, and relocation tasks on technical equipment such as machinery accessories and instruments. * Plan work processes, material procurement, and configuration activities for production equipment. * Responsible for completing reports related to maintenance activities. * Install complex equipment according to guidelines and verify mechanical, electrical, etc., functionality. * Execute all necessary repairs and adjustments to maintain production equipment in optimal condition. * Keep the work area clean and organized, covering the entire area, e.g., machines, tools, molds, auxiliary equipment, etc. * Install repaired/fabricated equipment and adjust machine controls. * Correct processing programs and conduct release tests for machinery and/or molds, fixtures, etc. * Determine part requirements, supply parts, and request part procurement. * Responsible for fabrication of mold and fixture components. * Participate in identifying root causes of defects or stoppages in equipment—sometimes complex—with mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, etc., components. * Use diagnostic systems as required. * Responsible for compliance with work standards, adherence to work instructions, and general rules of conduct and courtesy within the workplace, maintaining respect and cordiality with all colleagues. * Responsible for requesting medical services and explaining reasons; responsible for submitting documentation or evaluation results to the Supervisor. * Responsible for supporting production supervisors in the assigned production area. * Actively participate in development and implementation of improvement ideas. * Follow all safety guidelines established by the company and avoid unsafe acts. * Responsible for implementing actions related to improvement plans to achieve objectives and organize the workshop under the 5S methodology. * Responsible for performing all tasks safely in CNC machining centers, energized equipment, and/or machinery with moving parts. **Required Qualifications** Education * University Degree: Electromechanics or related fields, mechanics, electricity, hydraulics, pneumatics, injection molding machine/mold maintenance, control Work Experience: * Electromechanics, mechanics, electricity, hydraulics, pneumatics, and control. * Maintenance of production machinery. * Operation of conventional machine tools, measuring and/or control equipment.
