From acquisitions to leasing to renovations, we handle every step of the process with one mission in mind: shaping the future of affordable housing in the U.S. **The Role** We are looking for a highly organized and proactive professional to join our **Special Projects Team**, supporting operational and marketing initiatives within the rental housing sector. This team focuses on developing solutions and addressing incoming operational challenges as they arise, with the goal of improving internal processes and supporting the continued growth of the company. The role is well suited for someone who is adaptable, resourceful, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment where priorities can evolve. You’ll work across a variety of projects that support both property operations and marketing efforts, helping ensure that systems, processes, and communications run smoothly as the company scales. **What You’ll Do** * Support marketing projects tied to leasing and property visibility. * Help identify process improvements and assist in implementing solutions across teams. * Coordinate and track special projects to ensure tasks move forward and are completed. * Work with internal systems and software tools to support operational workflows. * Communicate clearly with team members to ensure alignment and follow\-through. * Adapt to changing priorities as new operational needs or opportunities arise. **What We’re Looking For** * Experience or familiarity with **property management operations**. * Understanding of **marketing related to rental apartments or leasing activities**. * Strong organizational and communication skills. * Ability to **adapt quickly to new software and digital tools**. * Comfortable following through and pursuing completion of assigned tasks. * Ability to manage responsibilities independently and operate in changing environments. * A reliable, above\-average computer setup capable of handling modern digital tools. **Preferred / Bonus Skills** * Experience with **AppFolio**. * Familiarity with tools such as **Monday.com, Notion, Zoho Desk, or VOIP phone systems**. * Experience with **basic video editing or marketing content creation**. **Perks \& Benefits** **This is a 1099 subcontractor position** * Flexible schedule that supports work\-life balance. * Remote\-first, with hybrid\-friendly options. * Growth opportunities in a rapidly expanding company. * A collaborative, innovative team that values learning and ownership. **Location** This is a remote\-friendly role.
