Identify tax risks and propose solutions. **Job Objective** Record, analyze, and supervise the company’s (or client portfolio’s) financial and tax information, ensuring timely compliance with accounting, tax, and administrative obligations in accordance with current regulations. **Main Responsibilities** * Recording and reviewing accounting entries. * Calculation and filing of federal and state taxes. * Preparation and analysis of financial statements. * Bank and accounting reconciliations. * Filing of monthly and annual tax returns with the Tax Administration Service (SAT). * Responding to tax inquiries and supporting tax audits. * Controlling and archiving accounting and tax documentation. * Supporting tax strategies and financial planning. * Supervising accounting assistants. **Responsibilities** * Guarantee timely compliance with tax obligations. * Safeguard financial information. * Identify tax risks and propose solutions. **Position Profile** **Education:** Bachelor’s Degree in Public Accounting **Experience:** 2 to 5 years in general and tax accounting. **Technical Knowledge:** * Electronic accounting. * SAT platform. * Calculation of ISR, IVA, DIOT, and annual tax returns. * IMSS and INFONAVIT. * Accounting software proficiency (CONTPAQi, COI or others). * Intermediate or advanced Excel skills. * Professional appearance * Teamwork * Effective communication * Responsibility * Commitment * Organization * Planning * Proactivity * Service-oriented attitude * Punctuality * Confidentiality * Results orientation * Ability to handle pressure appropriately * Professional ethics Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $12,500\.00 \- $15,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
