




Job Summary: We are seeking an on-site IT technician to conduct periodic visits and provide technological support at the premises of an international client in Mexico. Key Highlights: 1. On-site technical support for international client 2. Hardware and software troubleshooting 3. IT asset management and network support We are looking for an on-site IT technician to carry out a series of periodic visits with one of our internationally oriented clients. In this case, the search is specifically for their office located in Mexico. Visits are expected to occur biweekly, although this detail remains under definition. Payment will be made per service rendered, based on actual hours worked (in Mexican Pesos – MXN). The responsibilities will approximately include: * Replacement of defective IT hardware (laptops, printers, etc.). * Configuration of new printers and troubleshooting. * Inventory review of IT assets at the site/server room (IT asset management: laptops, peripherals, mobile phones, etc.). * Network and Wi-Fi troubleshooting. * Installation of operating systems on laptops and resolution of related software issues. * Inspection of meeting room equipment and resolution of technical issues. * Installation of new network infrastructure, servers, or Wi-Fi access points, as well as decommissioning of outdated office setups upon request.
