Technical support and equipment maintenance Job Opening: Technical Support / IT An automotive group with presence across Mexico is seeking talent in the Information Technology (IT) field to join our dealerships in Coacalco and Cuautitlán. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Information Technologies * Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position * Knowledge of technical support, networking, and equipment maintenance * Proactive attitude and sense of urgency * Willingness to travel between dealerships Responsibilities: * Provide technical support to end users (hardware and software) * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computer equipment * Configure networks, printers, and internal systems * Diagnose and resolve technical failures * Manage and maintain inventory of computer equipment * Assist in system implementation and technological improvements We Offer: * Salary up to $13,000 monthly * Statutory benefits * Life insurance * Growth opportunity * Positive work environment Position Details: * Work location: Coacalco and Cuautitlán * Work mode: On-site * Position type: Full-time, indefinite term Position Type: Full-time, Indefinite Term Salary: $13,000.00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance Workplace: On-site employment
