Support in cyclic inventories and coordination of supply **Inventory Auditor/Analyst** **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor’s degree * 1 year of experience in a similar position * **WMS proficiency** * **Excel proficiency (INTERMEDIATE)** **Purpose of the Position:** Control the inventory of the assigned account’s products by defining and supervising controls to ensure no discrepancies occur during client merchandise storage. **Key Responsibilities:** * Control sequential numbering of documents (supporting documentation for product movements), physically verifying them against those recorded in internal controls, to manage supporting documentation for product movements. * Register and reconcile product movements from the system, analyzing and capturing information contained in the documents, to maintain a reliable database of stored products. * Support cyclic inventory counts as required by process needs, coordinating with applicable distribution centers (CEDIS) and floor staff for product counting, comparing physical count results against system records, analyzing whether any pending movements exist, and making system corrections to support control of stored products. * Coordinate with the control desk on product supply based on priority classification, providing floor staff with guidance for product picking.
