




Job Summary: This role focuses on end-to-end software inventory management, ensuring license compliance, cost optimization, and technical support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Technical support and software deployment Education: Systems Engineering or related field Experience: 2 years Work Location: Santa Fé **Main Functions and Activities:** * Software Inventory Management: Maintain an up-to-date record of acquired, installed, and decommissioned licenses. * Compliance Verification: Compare installed software against available licenses to prevent unauthorized usage (compliance). * Document Management: Organize, safeguard, and manage invoices and licenses. * Technical Support and Deployment: Support the Field team in installing, configuring, and activating software on end-user devices, ensuring each installation is properly licensed. * Asset Control: Coordinate license and equipment decommissioning in inventories. * Audit Support: Assist with internal or external software audits. * Renewal and Procurement Management: Monitor equipment contract expiration dates and manage renewals and new acquisitions. * Cost Optimization: Analyze vendor quotations to improve cost efficiency. **Required Technical Knowledge:** * Operating Systems: Advanced proficiency in Windows and general IT environment knowledge. * Licensing: Understanding of licensing models (floating, per-user, perpetual, subscription). * Office Applications: Intermediate/advanced Excel and Power BI skills for inventory reporting (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP). **Experience:** * Experience: Minimum 1\-2 years in technical support (IT), asset administration, or administrative technology functions, including helpdesk tools (ticket handling). **Skills and Competencies:** * Organization and Order: Essential for accurate inventory management. * Attention to Detail: To ensure adherence to contractual terms. * Proactivity and Service Orientation: Consistent support to internal users and coordinators. * Confidentiality: Ethical handling of contractual documentation.
