Coordination of Training and Performance Evaluation We are seeking a **qualified, results-oriented professional** with experience in both **Human Resources and Accounting**, particularly in **payroll administration and control**, to ensure the organization’s regulatory, tax, and operational compliance. **Position Objective** To comprehensively manage **Human Resources and Payroll functions**, ensuring accurate execution of administrative, labor, and **accounting processes related to payroll, accruals, and payments**, guaranteeing compliance with tax obligations, social security requirements, and internal policies—thereby contributing to operational efficiency and appropriate financial control over personnel. **Responsibilities** **Human Resources** * Comprehensive management of the **payroll process**: employee onboarding and offboarding, payroll incidents, variable components, commission calculations, electronic invoicing (CFDI), and payroll disbursement * Recruitment and selection (job postings, interviews, hiring, and onboarding) * Personnel file administration and control * Preparation of employment contracts and monitoring of labor relations * Coordination of training and performance evaluation * Implementation and monitoring of HR policies and procedures **Accounting / Payroll Area** * Recording, control, and reconciliation of **payroll with accounting records** * Integration and analysis of accounting accounts related to salaries and wages * Determination and review of social security contributions: **IMSS, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT** * Accruals control * Calculation and submission of variable components to IMSS * Journal entries for income and expenses * Support during monthly accounting closings * Validation of payroll CFDIs and tax compliance * Operation of systems such as **CONTPAQi Nóminas** * Generation of financial reports and analysis of personnel costs **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in **Accounting, Business Administration, or related field** (Accounting preferred) * Minimum **2–4 years of experience in payroll and accounting** * Solid knowledge of: * Federal Labor Law (LFT), IMSS, and Income Tax (ISR) * Payroll and variable component calculations * Accounting processes * Proficiency in **CONTPAQi Nóminas (mandatory)** **Competencies** * Numerical analysis and attention to detail * Organization and control * Confidentiality * Effective communication * Results orientation * Ability to work under pressure **Schedule** Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 hrs Saturdays, 9:00–14:00 hrs **We Offer** * Salary of **$15,000–$16,000** (based on experience) * Statutory benefits from day one * 5% savings fund * 10% punctuality bonus * Job stability * Positive work environment Salary: $15,000\.00 \- $16,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
