The primary objective is to ensure operational continuity, equipment safety, and production process efficiency, aligning technical resources with quality standards, environmental regulations, and production targets. * **What You’ll Do in This Role** * Ensure compliance with industrial safety policies and applicable environmental regulations, promoting a culture of prevention and compliance across all technical personnel. * Inspect and coordinate the maintenance team, including task assignment, attendance control, payroll management, and risk permits for work in critical facilities. * Manage technical staff development, including training, time evaluations, and goal setting. * Enforce internal regulations and disciplinary measures per company policies, for both internal and external personnel. * Implement the company’s Quality Policy, directing area activities toward achieving established objectives through systematic use of procedures, work instructions, and quality records. * Collaborate with other departments such as Production, Quality, and Safety to ensure operational alignment and achievement of shared goals. * Ensure operational continuity of production equipment, processes, sustainability, and services through efficient execution of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance. * Review and validate execution of internal and external work, generating progress reports, work order closures, and performance reports. * Clearly and promptly report on equipment status, facility conditions, and performance of personnel under supervision, facilitating strategic decision-making. * Define technical specifications for work, spare parts, materials, and required services, tracking the entire process to final delivery. * Develop and maintain updated area metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), using charts, tables, and other formats that facilitate understanding of operational status. * Manage the maintenance department budget, optimizing resources and proposing strategic investments through annual technical requirement update reports. **What You Bring to the Table** * **Technical Leadership:** Ability to lead, motivate, and develop the maintenance team. * **Problem-Solving:** Skill to diagnose and resolve complex failures under pressure. * **Effective Communication:** Clear interaction with operational departments, suppliers, and technical teams. * **Planning and Organization:** Efficient management of resources, timelines, and priorities. * **Results Orientation:** Focus on continuous improvement, reduction of unplanned downtime, and achievement of KPIs. * **Regulatory Knowledge:** Familiarity with Mexican Official Standards (NOMs), safety standards, and environmental regulations. * **Adaptability:** Ability to respond to operational or technological changes. * **Technical Negotiation:** Capability to interact with suppliers, validate specifications, and ensure deliveries meet requirements. * **Technical Knowledge:** * Mechanical: Compressors, motor pumps, gearboxes, agave mills, diffusers, agave shredders. * Automation & Instrumentation: Instrumentation, control systems. * Electrical: Electrical substations, low-, medium-, and high-voltage electricity. **What Makes You Unique** * Electromechanical background with at least three years of industrial maintenance experience, including proven leadership of multidisciplinary technical teams—preferably in the food and beverage sector. Possesses solid knowledge of SAP and eMaint systems, advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, and CAD tools, enabling efficient management of maintenance processes and continuous improvement in demanding industrial environments. **Who We Are** We believe great people build great brands.
