Excellent work environment **Location:** Miguel Alemán Highway 433, La Fe Neighborhood, San Nicolás de los Garza, Nuevo León At **DIMEINT**, a company with nearly 40 years of experience in distributing industrial electrical materials and automation solutions, we are seeking a **Credit and Collections Assistant** to join our **Accounts Payable** team. ***LOCATION*** ***Miguel Alemán Avenue 433, La Fe Neighborhood, San Nicolás de los Garza, Nuevo León*** **Responsibilities:** * Register and track supplier invoices. * Schedule payments according to agreed terms. * Review and reconcile account statements and payment reports. * Maintain ongoing communication with suppliers to resolve inquiries. * Assist in preparing accounts payable reports. * Comply with the company’s accounting and administrative policies and procedures. * Support internal and external audits related to the department. **Requirements:** * Education: Technical degree or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field (in progress or completed). * Minimum 1 year of experience in accounts payable or credit and collections. * Knowledge of accounting and administrative processes. * Intermediate Excel skills. * ERP system experience preferred. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills. **We Offer:** * Job stability * Benefits exceeding legal requirements. * Opportunity for professional growth and development. * Excellent work environment.
