Job Summary: Courier Assistant responsible for managing shipping labels, coordinating dispatches, tracking costs, monitoring deliveries, and handling incidents for Papelera Principado. Assistance with loading and unloading Papelera Principado, a company with over 30 years in the market, seeks: **Courier Assistant** **Minimum 6 months of experience** **Responsibilities:** * Generate shipping labels on courier platforms such as **DHL, FedEx, Estafeta, UPS**, among others. * Coordinate order dispatches via external couriers or internal vehicles. * **Monitor and record shipping label costs**, maintaining up-to-date records in designated tools. * Track shipments until final delivery confirmation with the customer or operator. * Monitor courier performance and manage incidents such as delays, shortages, or lost packages. * Coordinate pickups with logistics providers and verify documentation for each shipment. * Record and track returns or orders rejected by customers. * Maintain updated records of shipments, deliveries, and incidents to ensure order traceability. * Assist with route loading and unloading as needed. **Skills:** * Assertive communication * Conflict resolution * Negotiation * Teamwork **We offer:** * Monthly gross salary of 11,000. * Weekly payment. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM; Saturday, 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM. * Social Security coverage. * 12 vacation days. * Vacation bonus at 25%. * Christmas bonus (Aguinaldo) equivalent to 15 days. * Profit-sharing. * Savings fund. * Training. * Job stability. **Benefits:** * Savings fund. * Option for an indefinite-term contract. * Employment type: Full-time. * Work location: On-site employment. **We are located near Atlalilco metro station, Line 12.** Employment type: Full-time, Indefinite-term.
