Responsibilities: As an **Administrative Support | Help Desk** professional at Hines, your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: * Providing direct tenant assistance for requests related to cleaning, maintenance, office services, access, and other matters. * Following up with support staff on tenant requests. * Reviewing contractor passes and vendor documentation. * Preparing and distributing announcements and notices. * Controlling and activating access cards. * Registering and dispatching packages. * Supporting event logistics. * Answering the switchboard. * Managing access to the Fitness Center. * Providing administrative support. Qualifications: **Minimum Required Qualifications:** * Technical degree, high school diploma, or incomplete undergraduate degree. * Service-oriented attitude, teamwork, proactivity, follow-up capability, and attention to detail.
