




Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive Administrative and Billing Assistant to support billing processes, document management, data analysis, and customer service, collaborating with other departments. Key Highlights: 1. Support in billing and commercial transaction management. 2. Excel proficiency for data analysis and reporting. 3. Interaction with customers and departments for administrative processes. **ADMINISTRATIVE AND BILLING ASSISTANT** **Responsibilities:** * Assist in the billing process, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of commercial transactions. * Perform calculations and data analysis in Excel to ensure proper report generation and account reconciliations. * Manage compensation claims and other administrative documents related to customers, using spreadsheets and databases. * Provide customer service and follow-up, responding efficiently and professionally to inquiries. * Learn and operate internal company systems to ensure smooth and effective information processing workflows. * Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure correct implementation of administrative processes. * Organize and archive physical and digital documentation related to administrative and financial processes, ensuring availability for consultation when required. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in administrative roles, preferably in billing, finance, or customer service. * Intermediate Excel skills, including ability to use functions (e.g., pivot tables, intermediate formulas, charts, etc.). * Proactive attitude and ability to quickly learn new internal systems and tools. * Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and other departments. * Ability to work in an organized and efficient manner under pressure, with attention to detail. * Problem-solving and time-management skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of administrative management systems (ERP). * Prior experience in compensation claim processing and payment management. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Flexible working hours * Preferably residing near Azcapotzalco * Prior billing experience *Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM* *Work location: Azcapotzalco* Employment type: Indefinite-term position Salary: $9,300.00 – $9,400.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Life insurance * Grocery vouchers Work location: On-site employment
