We are looking for a committed, organized **Accounting Assistant** with experience in accounting processes who wishes to develop professionally in a **stable and dynamic environment.** **What do you need?** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (completed or in progress). * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position. * Proficiency in **CONTPAQi** (posting debits and credits) is mandatory. * Experience in: * Journal entry input. * Recording accounting transactions. * Invoice preparation and electronic stamping (timbrado). * Bank reconciliations. * Accounts payable control. * Basic knowledge of the **SBX** software. * Basic to intermediate Excel skills. * Organized, responsible individual with attention to detail. **Main Responsibilities** * Daily accounting entries. * Journal entry input and control. * Electronic invoicing. * Bank reconciliations. * Accounts payable follow-up. * Support during accounting closings. **We Offer** * Tax-free monthly salary of **$14,000\.00** * Biweekly payments. * Fixed schedule from **Monday to Friday**, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * One-hour lunch break. * 20-minute breakfast break. * Opportunity for professional growth. **Work Location:** Alamo Industrial, 45593 San Pedro Tlaquepaque, Jal.
