Responsibilities: * **General Maintenance:** Perform basic plumbing, electrical, painting, and minor repair tasks. * **Facility Inspection:** Monitor the proper functioning of equipment, tools, and facilities. * **Preventive and Corrective Maintenance:** Carry out scheduled activities to prevent failures and address incidents as they arise. * **Cleaning and Organization:** Maintain safe, clean, and well-kept work areas. * **Operational Support:** Provide support for facility modifications, equipment relocation, or branch improvements. * **Tool Management:** Proper use and safekeeping of assigned tools and equipment.
