We invite you to join our team!! \_ **Junior Billing and Collections Leader**\_ Requirements: Education: Degree in Administration or Finance-related field Experience: Minimum 3 years Age: 28 to 40 years old 1\. MANAGE DOCUMENTATION A) Gather evidence and information required to calculate invoices receivable. B) Organize and maintain billing records, properly archive documents, and ensure information confidentiality. C) Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing, resolve discrepancies, and provide assistance in problem resolution; track outstanding payments, send payment reminders, and collaborate with the finance team on collections management. D) Ensure all billing activities comply with relevant internal and external regulations and policies; enter billing data into computer systems and perform updates as necessary. E) Cancel invoices with SAT and the client.
