Tax and regulatory compliance **Head of Accounting and Tax \- MUMUSO** **Position Objective:** Ensure accurate accounting and tax control of retail operations (stores), guaranteeing the integrity of financial information, compliance with tax obligations, and business profitability through timely analysis of results. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, or related field (degree holder). * Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position managing multiple companies. * Proven experience leading work teams (minimum 3 years). * Solid knowledge of current tax legislation. * ERP system proficiency (PROSCAI experience preferred; Key User participation in implementations desirable). * Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, data analysis). * Strong financial analysis expertise. * Proficiency in SAT platforms and fulfillment of tax obligations. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise the complete accounting cycle for multiple companies, ensuring accurate and timely recording. * Prepare and analyze financial reports (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and annexes) in accordance with Financial Information Standards (NIF). * Coordinate and lead the accounting team, promoting efficiency and goal achievement. * Analyze accounting information to identify areas for improvement and process optimization. * Prepare working papers and reports for submission of monthly and annual tax returns (ISR, IVA, DIOT, electronic accounting, among others). * Conduct analysis, reconciliation, and cleansing of accounting accounts. * Respond to tax authority requests, ensuring timely and proper responses. **Competencies:** * Leadership and team management. * Analytical and critical thinking. * Excellent effective communication. * High frustration tolerance. * Organization and efficient time management. * Results-oriented mindset and continuous improvement. **We Offer:** * Salary of $33,000 to $38,000 Net per month (based on experience) * Statutory benefits * 40% discount on brand products * Monday to Friday schedule * Parking Apply to this vacancy to become part of the best Korean-inspired Lifestyle Retail company.
