CONSTRUCTION AND CIVIL ENGINEERING COMPANY Seeking an ADMINISTRATION MANAGER FOR A COMPANY To implement strategies for the company’s establishment and development (strategic planning, team structure, financial control, and liaison with suppliers, clients, and authorities) Responsibilities Organizational structure design to optimize processes and reduce operational costs Implementation of KPIs by department Supplier negotiations "Maintain detailed control of income, expenses, and cash flow to uphold the company's budget" Financial report analysis and preparation to ensure company operations Develop goals and objectives to achieve growth and meet the annual budget. Process improvement and cost reduction "Plan, organize, and allocate resources (funds, personnel, and time)" Review of financial reports Manage and coordinate procedures (licenses and permits) for proper company operation Competencies / Skills Support for internal and external audits Attention to detail (document control) Analytical and mathematical skills "Intermediate Excel proficiency (pivot tables, macros, complex formulas, and dashboards)" Minimum 5 years of experience in the same position Continuous communication with internal and external clients, as well as authorities Daily activities are not exhaustive for this role Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: $18,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
