We are looking to hire a **Product Owner** for an 8-month project in **CDMX.** **Responsibilities:** * Define and prioritize the product backlog. * Translate business requirements into clear user stories. * Coordinate with development, QA, and stakeholder teams. * Participate in Scrum ceremonies. * Track product roadmap and KPIs. * Ensure deliverables aligned with strategic objectives. **Technical Requirements:** * 3+ years as a Product Owner or in a similar role. * Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban). * Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar. * Experience with digital products or technology platforms. * Intermediate-to-advanced English (preferred). * Experience or knowledge of banking projects. **Soft Skills:** * Effective communication. * Collaborative leadership. * Data-driven decision making. * Results-oriented. **We Offer:** * Vacation days exceeding statutory requirements: 15 days starting from the first year. * Base salary. * Vacation bonus of 50%. * Agreements for certifications and continuing education. * Growth and development opportunities. * Food vouchers. * Savings fund.
