Location: Azcapotzalco, Mexico City. **Requirements** * 4–6 years of experience in logistics operations (traffic, planning, 3PL, fleet, last mile). * Experience using or implementing TMS, WMS, or operational ERP systems. * Ability to elicit and document processes and workflows. * Comfort operating systems and working with vendors. * Functional profile (not a developer). **Job Responsibilities** **During Implementation:** * Elicit and document operational workflows (AS\-IS / TO\-BE). * Define and prioritize the functional TMS backlog. * Translate real-world operations into the system. * Support sessions with UNIGIS and operational teams. * Participate in UAT testing and functional validations. * Document rules, exceptions, and key decisions. **After Go\-Live:** * Own the TMS and operating systems. * Manage system enhancements and changes. * Onboard new clients and operational rules. * Serve as the point of contact with technology vendors. * Ensure operational adoption and standardization. **Key Skills** * Product Owner mindset (prioritization and value focus). * Structured and practical thinking. Proficiency in creating and designing workflows and processes. * Strong communication between operations and systems. * Ability to learn quickly and take ownership. * Execution orientation. **Compensation and Additional Benefits** * Competitive monthly salary of 40000 to 50000\. * PL and above. * Key role with direct impact on operations. * Opportunity for professional growth and development.
