




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to support the educational development and retention of students aged 5 to 18, with experience in software development and teaching. Key Highlights: 1. Preparation of teaching materials and resolution of technical issues We are **Algorithmics**, an international programming school for children aged 5 to 18. The ideal candidate will have software development experience, preferably combined with teaching experience. This role is pivotal in supporting the educational development and retention of students aged 5 to 18. **Requirements:** * Reside near the Corregidora area. * Technical expertise related to Robotics applications (electronics, programming) (mandatory). * Knowledge and experience with various programming languages (**MBLOCK**, **SCRATCH**, **PYTHON**) (mandatory). * Pedagogical and psychological education (may be a second or complementary specialization) (preferred). * Experience as a camp counselor or teacher (preferred). * Experience training children (preferred). * Experience organizing clubs for children, especially those of appropriate age (preferred). * Availability during scheduled hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00–14:00 hrs). * Personal computer equipment (mandatory) **Responsibilities:** * Managing groups of up to 8 students. * Demonstrating empathy and assertive communication with children and adolescents aged 5 to 13. * Delivering virtual classes to children and adolescents aged 5 to 13. * Monitoring student development and learning progress. * Technical preparation and troubleshooting during classes. * Detailed explanation of the platform to students and parents. * All students must complete and submit a final project upon course completion. * Preparation of teaching materials. * Arriving 15 minutes prior to class start time to prepare for the day and welcome students before classes begin. **Benefits:** * Daily income of $500 for a 5-hour shift * Easter Course: $4,000 for 10 days of 5-hour sessions (March 30 to April 10). * Summer Course: $12,000 for 30 days of 5-hour sessions (July 20 to August 28). * Opportunity to work for an internationally recognized school. * Consideration as a substitute or flexible instructor for regular afternoon courses held Tuesday–Friday, 4:00–8:00 pm, and Saturdays, 9:00–14:00 hrs.
