Job Summary: We are seeking a Mechanical or Civil Engineer to develop engineering drawings for installations and construction details for residential projects. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity for professional growth **Location:** Southern part of Mexico City **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM; Friday, 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM. **Starting Salary:** $10,000.00 to $15,000.00 MXN per month, gross, depending on qualifications. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering (preferably certified). * **Gender:** Unrestricted. * **English:** Technical level (minimum essential). **Mandatory Experience:** * 1 year of CAD drafting experience for residential projects, including: \- Hydraulic installations. \- Sanitary installations. \- Fire protection systems. \- Gas installations. * Minimum 70% of prior work experience must be office-based, as this position is strictly for office-based project development—not fieldwork. **Knowledge Requirements:** * AUTOCAD (Intermediate to Advanced Level): Proficiency in dynamic blocks, external references, scaling, layout presentations, and print quality settings. * Local regulations, such as IMSS standards and complementary technical norms. **Responsibilities:** * Preparation of engineering drawings for: \- Hydraulic systems (cold water and hot water). \- Sanitary systems (downpipes and branch lines). \- Stormwater drainage systems (downpipes and collectors). \- Fire protection systems (hydrant networks). \- Gas systems (low-pressure networks). * Preparation of construction details. * Preparation of installation component catalogs for the aforementioned systems. **Software:** * AutoCAD 2D. * Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits. * Professional growth opportunities.
