Proficiency in software such as Office, Projet, Opus, and AutoCAD. **Civil Hydrosanitary and Electrical Engineer**, responsible for coordinating the development of civil projects for housing and urban networks in compliance with current regulations, thereby ensuring the proper functioning of earthworks, pavements, hydrosanitary and electrical networks, and other civil engineering elements applicable to development projects. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. * Minimum 5 years of experience in similar positions. * Knowledge of and up-to-date familiarity with regulations applicable to civil and hydrosanitary engineering. * Proficiency in software such as Office, Projet, Opus, and AutoCAD. * Willingness to travel. * Leadership skills, personnel management, teamwork, and customer service orientation. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Coordinate the execution of civil and hydrosanitary housing projects through review, approval, and enforcement of current regulations. * Validate projects with the Project Coordinator and the Manager of Civil Works and Installations. * Deliver projects to the Construction Department, resolving queries and omissions. * Coordinate with the Construction Department to address change orders, providing necessary information. * Assist in tender preparation, ensuring complete submission of information by the Budgetary Control Department. * Supervise contractors to ensure work quality, compliance with regulations, specifications, and quality standards. * Modify and adjust projects as required, and manage change orders. **Desired Education Level:** Higher education — degree holder **Desired Experience Level:** Expert level **Departmental Function:** Construction **Industry:** Civil Engineering Salary: $20,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
