




Job Summary: Lead talent attraction, selection, and integration, ensuring ideal candidate profiles for corporate growth. Key Highlights: 1. Objective: Lead the organization’s talent attraction, selection, and integration function, ensuring each department has the ideal candidate profile at the right time, thereby contributing to company growth. Responsibilities and Functions * Design and implement recruitment plans for operational, administrative, and managerial positions. * Supervise and mentor the recruitment team to meet KPIs (e.g., time-to-fill, time-to-hire). * Collaborate with the Communications Department to position the company as the ideal workplace. * Implement and optimize recruitment tools and sources (e.g., LinkedIn, job portals, headhunting). * Analyze monthly metrics and present performance reports to the Human Resources Management team. Profile: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field. * 3–5 years of experience in similar roles. * English proficiency preferred. * Familiarity with HR software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday). * Experience conducting competency-based interviews. * Advanced knowledge of recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Recruiter, Indeed, OCC).
