Our **artificial intelligence** solutions enhance efficiency, stimulate creativity, and empower sound decision-making—enabling our teams to produce innovative and impactful results. **Role:** Final Art Specialist **Location:** Mexico City **About the role:** We are seeking a Final Art Specialist to prepare and review mechanical files for final printing and production. You will serve as the final quality gate for all printed deliverables: ensuring specifications, safety areas, and dimensions are correct; confirming files are production-ready; and preserving master assets. **What you will be doing:** * Serve as the final filter for all printed materials: verify dimensions, safety/clearance areas, bleeds, and cut zones; * Configure and format files correctly for final production according to printer or vendor specifications; * Perform comprehensive preflight checks: bleeds, crop marks, resolution, image quality, color profiles, and fonts; * Validate that all materials meet internal quality standards and vendor specifications prior to delivery; * Adjust, correct, and export files in required formats and color spaces (e.g., PDF/X); * Prepare print outputs and oversee finishing instructions (cutting, laminating, varnishing, etc.); * Coordinate file delivery with printers and vendors and resolve technical issues. **What you need to be great in this role:** * Proven experience in finalizing and preparing files for print; * Knowledge of color management (CMYK, spot colors/Pantone, ICC profiles), resolution, and image optimization; * Experience with preflight/correction tools (e.g., Enfocus PitStop) and understanding of RIP/printer workflows; * Familiarity with print specifications and formats (PDF/X-1a, PDF/X-4, bleeds, crop marks, safe areas); * Meticulous attention to detail, rigorous organization, and strong version control practices; * Strong communication skills to coordinate with vendors and resolve technical issues Req ID: 17514 \#OLATAM Our values shape everything we do: * Be **ambitious** to succeed * Be **imaginative** to push beyond what’s possible * Be **inspiring** to produce innovative work * Be **always learning and listening** to understand * Be **results-focused** to exceed expectations * Be **actively pro-inclusive and anti-racist** within our community, clients, and creations *OLIVER, part of Brandtech Group, is an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering an inclusive workplace where all employees are encouraged to reach their full potential and where individual differences are valued and respected.
