Job Summary: We are seeking a Traffic and Logistics Assistant to manage communications with customers and drivers, ensure timely completion of assignments, and track vehicle units. Unit management and tracking, as well as report generation **Freight Transportation Company Seeks:** **Traffic and Logistics Assistant** **Requirements:** * Minimum experience: 3 years * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, or related field. * Gender: Unrestricted; Age: 25–35 years. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, ERP systems, and GPS platforms. * Knowledge of safe routes. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Assertive communication skills, responsibility, proactivity, service-oriented attitude, and ability to perform well under pressure. **Main Responsibilities:** * Direct communication with customers regarding all their requirements. * Direct contact with drivers concerning allowances, on-route support, loading, unloading, etc. * Ensuring drivers complete their assignments on time and as required. * Verifying vehicle availability in all aspects (maintenance, documentation, etc.). * GPS-based unit tracking to share real-time status updates with customers. * Management and validation of Proof of Deliveries (PODs). * Generation of KPI reports on performance, trips completed, incidents, etc. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from $12,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
