Responsibilities: **Purpose of the Position:** This position belongs to the Logistics Management team and aims to manage export shipments so they are executed in compliance with shipping instructions and supported by required legal documentation, ensuring shipped products reach their destination on time and in good condition. **Key Responsibilities:** * Ensure shipment of finished products based on proper receipt verification, cross-checking product lists and their entry into ERP D365; also review shipment specifications for each part number, which are sent by the "*Planner*" via email and the shipment scheduling module in ERP D365 — all to facilitate timely shipment of finished products. * Perform loading entries in ERP D365 according to instructions from the "Planner". * Prepare legal documentation supporting products to be shipped, depending on the shipping method, while ensuring accuracy of information and timely submission to enable on-time and in-good-condition shipment. * Record all shipping labels in the database according to orders and part numbers being shipped — to enable effective tracking control and ensure products reach their destination. * Review and validate Export Customs Declarations (Pedimentos) and the COVE (downloaded from the Single Window Portal — internet site), by cross-referencing declaration data against legal documentation and database records, to ensure successful export.
