Job Summary: Remotely supervise and monitor the transit of goods and the well-being of operators, controlling routes, GPS equipment, and reporting incidents. Key Responsibilities: 1. Remote supervision and monitoring of goods transit 2. Control of safe routes and GPS equipment 3. Incident reporting and protocol tracking Provide optimal remote monitoring of all events occurring during the transit of transported goods, as well as ensure operator well-being. · Supervise proper functioning of GPS equipment in vehicles. · Update reports and maintain logbook records. · Track safe route trajectories. · Monitor vehicles in real time. · Control speeding and route deviations. · Track security protocols. · Report transit-related incidents to the relevant department. · Submit monthly incident reports. · View vehicle-mounted camera feeds. · Report incidents to the relevant departments. · Supervise proper functioning of GPS systems. · Perform any other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor that correspond to the nature of the position.
