Work Environment: You will work within a team bearing significant responsibility toward our client to deliver service at the committed SLA level. **You will succeed in this role if you have:** * Completed technical/professional degree *or, alternatively, completed high school diploma or equivalent.* * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience. ***Technical and Soft Skills Required for This Role:*** * Customer/user service orientation. * Proficiency in software and hardware troubleshooting. * Knowledge of physical servers. * Excellent analytical and customer communication skills. * Familiarity with SLA concepts. **Other Requirements:** * Own motorcycle or car.
