The successful candidate will effectively solve customer issues, complaints and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior Responsibilities and Duties * Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner * Following call center “scripts” and "processes" when handling different topics * Identifying customers needs * connect potential clients to the USA offices * Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile * Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way * Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level * Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets Qualifications and Skills * Organizational skills * Attention to detail * Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening * Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish * Courteous * Strong customer service skills * Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types * Ability to multi\-task, set priorities and manage time effectively * Technology savvy, able to take accurate messages and notes Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $9,000\.00 \- $19,000\.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: * 06500, Cuauhtémoc, CDMX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Language: * Engligh (Required) Work Location: In person
