Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to oversee the execution of luxury residential construction projects, coordinate teams, and ensure project compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Leads and supervises high-end residential construction projects. 2. Manages teams and coordinates contractors on luxury construction projects. 3. Ensures project quality, on-time delivery, and cost compliance. Requirements Civil Engineering degree (certified). Minimum 10 years of experience in medium-to-high-end and luxury residential construction. Proven experience as a Superintendent, Construction Manager, or similar role. Extensive knowledge of construction processes, luxury finishes, and building systems. Experience coordinating contractors and supervising site personnel. Budget management, cost estimation, requisitions, and cost control. Proficiency in construction management software and progress tracking tools. Willingness to relocate to project sites. Responsibilities Supervise construction execution per approved plans, specifications, and quality standards. Coordinate site supervisors, contractors, and suppliers. Monitor construction schedules and adherence to committed deadlines. Track physical and financial progress of the project. Review cost estimates, requisitions, and material purchase orders. Identify and resolve technical and operational deviations. Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations. Prepare executive progress reports for senior management.
