We're looking for an energetic professional to lead and inspire our warehouse teams while ensuring operational excellence.**What You Will Do** -------------------- * Lead warehouse operations while ensuring **absolute safety**, full compliance with EHS standards, and a strong preventive culture. * Ensure **operational quality** across receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping through accurate and standardized processes. * Maintain **inventory integrity** through robust controls, variance analysis, and disciplined documentation. * Meet **service level expectations** by coordinating priorities with internal teams and responding with agility to operational changes. * Drive **productivity and continuous improvement**, implementing Lean/SPS tools, optimizing workflows, and eliminating waste. * Develop and support the warehouse team by promoting discipline, collaboration, growth, and adaptability to challenges.
