Position Summary: Responsible for file integrity and mitigation of financial and legal risks, managing the credit portfolio and ensuring regulatory compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Critical role in the financial and legal security of fund disbursement. 2. Comprehensive portfolio management and financial monitoring of borrowers. 3. Risk assessment and strict regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will serve as the final security checkpoint prior to fund disbursement, ensuring file integrity and mitigation of financial and legal risks, generating interest schedules, and adjusting amortization rates and contracts for each granted credit. Main Challenges and Responsibilities Portfolio Management and Control: Administration of revolving credit lines and monitoring of borrowers' financial health. Comprehensive Risk Analysis: Qualitative and quantitative evaluation (Credit Bureau, financial statements, cash flows, and technical opinions). Regulatory Compliance (Compliance): Strict validation of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF) policies, including identification of controlling beneficiaries. Documentary Control: Verification of document authenticity, notarial powers of attorney, signatures, and guarantees. Candidate Profile Education: Completed bachelor's degree in Finance, Actuarial Science, Economics, or related field. Experience: 2–3 years in the financial sector (prior experience in SOFOMs, banks, or credit institutions is mandatory). Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in financial indicators and liquidity ratios. Current CNBV regulations applicable to SOFOMES. Advanced Excel and data analysis tools proficiency.
