Performance, cost, and schedule control *OBJECTIVE*: A company specializing in construction and heavy machinery seeks a Pavement Construction Manager to coordinate and supervise pavement construction projects, ensuring compliance with project schedules, quality, safety, and cost control. The candidate will be responsible for operational site management, personnel supervision, heavy machinery oversight, and timely and proper achievement of project objectives. *RESPONSIBILITIES*: Supervise the execution of asphalt and hydraulic pavement works. Coordinate residents, supervisors, operators, and contractors. Develop and monitor the construction schedule. Control physical progress and daily production reports. Supervise paving, compaction, earthworks, and other construction processes. Coordinate heavy machinery and pavement equipment. Verify compliance with technical specifications and quality standards. Manage materials, supplies, and site resources. Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations. Control performance, costs, and execution timelines. Attend meetings with clients, site supervisors, and project management. Prepare estimates, invoices, and executive reports.
