




Job Summary: We are seeking a multifunctional Restaurant Operator to ensure efficiency in food preparation and customer service while maintaining the franchise’s quality and hygiene standards. Medium-term growth opportunity and continuous training **Job Objective:** Ensure efficient operations by handling both basic food preparation and front-counter customer service, maintaining the franchise’s standards for quality, hygiene, and customer service. **Main Responsibilities:** Cashier / Customer Service Area * Greet and serve customers courteously and efficiently. * Take orders at the counter or via digital system and process payments (cash, card, apps). * Suggest additional items (cross-selling and upselling). * Address customer inquiries regarding menu items, promotions, ingredients, or wait times. * Deliver orders and verify accuracy against customer requests. * Maintain a clean and organized cashier area. Kitchen / Production Area * Prepare food or beverages according to franchise standards and recipes. * Assemble and package products per specifications. * Keep the kitchen station clean, with supplies properly arranged and in good condition. * Follow food safety protocols (handwashing, temperature control, glove usage, etc.). * Report inventory or supply shortages. * Assist with receiving and organizing merchandise. **Desired Skills and Profile:** * Strong interpersonal skills with customers. * Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively. * Organized and quick to execute tasks. * Good teamwork skills. * Responsible and punctual. * No prior experience required (but experience in kitchen or cashier roles is a plus). General Requirements: * Flexible availability (including weekends). * Basic cash-handling skills or willingness to undergo training. * Physical ability to stand for extended periods. * Minimum education: high school diploma or equivalent.
