Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to supervise and coordinate departments, conduct information analysis, manage personnel, and ensure quality, with experience in audits and ISO standards. Knowledge of international standards (ISO) and AI **Requirements:** ·· Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemistry, Quality Management, or related field; must be of legal age; availability for flexible working hours **Competencies:** Organized, proactive, teamwork-oriented, articulate, punctual **Job Requirements:** · Supervision and coordination of the department · Analysis of technical service and production information related to quality registrations. · Responding to area emergency codes. · Personnel management · Ongoing training · Knowledge of RPBI handling, international standards (ISO), and **company internal standards** (policies and procedures). · Experience in internal and external audits. · Minimum 2 years’ experience in quality assurance or continuous improvement · Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite · Familiarity with and ability to use Artificial Intelligence **Skills:** Leadership and team management, analysis and problem solving, decision making, effective communication, organization and follow-up, working under pressure. **SCHEDULE:** **Monday to Friday, rotating weekend days off.
